MAXONE ASIA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related complaints.

Article 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes.
Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, separate consent will be obtained.

  1. Customer inquiries: Responding to inquiries related to products and services, providing consultation

  2. Complaint handling: Handling complaints and after-sales service (A/S)

  3. Service improvement: Improving services through analysis of customer inquiry records

  3. Printed documents are shredded or incinerated

    Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription, payment, and supply of goods: Retained for 5 years

    Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: Retained for 3 years

Article 7. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

  1. Purpose: Analysis of user visit records and security maintenance

  2. Refusal method: Users may refuse cookie storage by changing browser settings

    Example: Internet Explorer → Tools → Internet Options → Privacy

  1. Data subjects may request access to, correction, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information.

  2. Such requests may be made in writing, by email, or by telephone.

  3. Requests may also be made through an authorized representative upon submission of a power of attorney.

Article 12. Changes to the Privacy Policy

  1. This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 10, 2026.
